When travelling on our pain packages, majority of the times in Umrah and at all times during Hajj there are tour operators who are available to you assistance. We also have a ‘meet and assist’ facility at the Saudi Airport for your convenience. Everything is arranged with the customer’s convince being a top priority.
The A/C Coaches in which you travel are organised through private companies via our partners Al Hussam located in Saudi Arabia and are of high standard.
All our hotels are within a very walking short distance of the Harams increasing access to the Harams. Flywell believes that this is a service which carries utmost importance to carry out as the benefits are great including:
- Walking to and from the Haram 5 times a day without worrying about walking through large crowds for a long period of time.
- Increasing the ability to pray all 5 prayers at the Harams with the comfort of being able to use the hotel services in between prayers.
- Other service providers such as money exchange, shopping areas and restaurants are generally located near to the Harams.

We provide VIP service during the 5 days of Hajj.
Our Saudi based partners provide us with private tents fully equip with sofa beds, pillows and blankets which are an approximate 5 minute walk to the Jamarat (this is the Shaytaan which one needs to pelt once a day for 3 days). The usual Europa tents that are provided by the Saudi Government are a approx 4 km walk to the Jamarat!
In the tents we provide a communal toilet n shower facility and 3 buffet meals. Please note we provide hot food with starters and desserts including a selection of fruit as well as free tea, coffee and cold drink 24 hours a day.
As these tents are private with the entrance of the camps guarded 24 hours a day thus increasing the safety of yourself and personal belongings, this also means you can leave the tent without worrying that your place will be taken on your return.
We aim to reach Arafat during the early hours of the morning and pride ourselves on the private large tents we provide for your one-day stay here. The tents have mattresses, pillows, blankets, A/C and lighting for your comfort. Here we give out hot packed meals, drinks that are available throughout the day stored in large coolers and a dessert such as ice cream.
Flywell tries their best to ensure you reach Muzdaleefa within a good time as traffic is uncontrollable, and again here we have a private area sectioned off for us. Again there is a buffet style meal provided on a large scale.
